Selective manual harvest followed by immediate cooling of the fruit. Controlled fermentation and vinification in stainless steel vats.

Pale gold. Pronounced aromas of grapefruit, lime, gooseberry and grass on the nose. Concentrated flavours on the palate, with an interplay of minerality and electrifying acidity. A superb wine.

The exotic fruit-driven character of this Sauvignon Blanc owes much to the provenance of fruit sourced from cool, well-maintained limestone terroir at high elevations.
