Gentle pressing of hand-picked grapes followed by slow fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation.
Medium lemon. Powerful, mineral and fresh on the nose, with white peach, mint leaves, lychee, and grassy notes. Dense on the palate, with intense fruit and fresh, well-integrated acidity. Fine aromatics on a long finish.
Grown on loamy, silty, rocky, well-drained soils, from south-south-east-facing vines that have an average age of 16 years.
