Selective manual harvest of ripe grapes only. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation for six to seven months on the fine lees for a pleasant texture and creaminess. No filtering or fining.

Zartes Strohgelb, gelbfruchtig in der Nase mit Aromen von Aprikose, Pfirsich und Schiefermineralität. Samtiger Antrunk und leichte Cremigkeit, gefolgt von Klarheit, Geradlinigkeit und Eleganz. Grossartig für einen Gutswein!

Steep slopes with high proportions of ungrafted vines that were planted over 30 years ago on Devonian slate and greywacke.
