Selective manual harvest of overripe grapes. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Long maturation on the fine lees to lend extra suppleness, texture and complexity.

An exceptional Riesling from the winery's library collection. This wine, from the botrytis-affected 2006 vintage, is now wonderful to drink but has further ageing potential.

The weathered Devonian slate terroir of this steeply sloping vineyard offers ideal conditions for growing grapes thanks to its south-south-westerly aspect and gradients of up to 70 degrees.
