Gentle pressing of hand-picked grapes followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine was then left to rest for a short time before being bottled in the spring.

Pale lemon. Pure and open on the nose, with beautiful pome fruit and ripe citrus aromas. Perfect balance between fruit and acidity on the palate. Power and presence, with herbal minerality and a gorgeous long finish.

The fruit sourced for this entry-level Riesling comes from vineyards in and around Monzingen, where the vines grow exclusively on the village's signature slate and Rotliegend soils.
