Selective harvest followed by a 24-hour cold maceration ('cold soak'), then natural sedimentation to clarify the juice. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
Pale lemon. Delicate and minerally on the nose, with citrus fruit aromas. Approachable, juicy and appealing on the palate, with cool, fresh aromatics. This entry-level Riesling has lovely ripe fruit and vibrant acidity.
