Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in stainless steel and wooden barrels. Maturation of 8 months on the fine lees lend added complexity and creaminess. No filtering or fining.

This creamy Riesling Kabinett marries earthy red-slate minerality with delicate notes of ripe yellow fruit. Very light but still velvety soft – quintessentially Saar in every way.

From vines that grow on steep slopes consisting of the finest red and grey weathered Devonian slate soils.
