Hand-picked grapes transported swiftly back to the winery. Triage and gentle pressing. Fermentation in 1'200-litre oak vessels. All the estate's wines are vegan, i.e. no animal products were used in the vinification process.

Pure, fresh and precise on the nose, with citrus, pome fruit, and beautiful minerality. Appealing texture on the palate, with lovely succulence and energy.

The Johannisberg Hölle vineyard is situated above Johannisberg. Its soils consist of Taunus quartzite. This site, one of the best and steepest in Johannisberg, allows the fruit to ripen perfectly.
