Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Cold maceration ('cold soak') for six hours followed by gentle pressing, then fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Subsequent maturation for six months on the fine lees before bottling in the spring.
Deep, elegant nose of grapefruit and pome fruit. Nice tension on a juicy, well balanced palate. An enjoyable Riesling offering fantastic value for money.
