Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by slow fermentation in stainless steel (90%) and large oak (10%). Filtering then bottling.

Medium lemon. Generous, fruity nose of lemon and stone fruit, with lovely minerality and purity. Playful, juicy, slightly herbal, and spicy on the palate, with perfectly integrated acidity and a stimulating finish.

Ockfener Bockstein, one of the classic vineyards on the Saar, is a silvery grey slate incline that opens up like an amphitheatre.
