Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by slow fermentation in stainless steel (90%) and large oak (10%). Filtering then bottling.

Medium lemon. Intense aromas and cool minerality on the nose, with yellow fruit, herbal notes, and flint. Pure on the palate, with juicy fruit and vegetal nuances. Fine sweetness and stimulating acidity. Long, spicy, minerally finish of great succulence, with a hint of exotic fruit.

Sourced primarily from vines that grow on reddish-brown, iron-rich, weathered Devonian slate.
