Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by slow fermentation in stainless steel (90%) and large oak (10%). Filtering then bottling.

Medium lemon. A wine of impressive concentration and complexity. Low in alcohol, with pronounced residual sweetness and crunchy, fresh acidity culminating in a veritable firework of aromas and flavours. Vineyard peach, mango, honeydew melon and various types of forest fruit. Wonderfully creamy and supple on the palate, with distinctive slate minerality. The finish is almost endless – beautifully redolent of sweet, fruity oranges.

Sourced primarily from vines that grow on reddish-brown, iron-rich, weathered Devonian slate.
