Manual harvest followed by direct pressing and transfer to vessels for fermentation. Four months of maturation in stainless steel.

The nose shows intense notes of exotic fruit as well as white blossom and meadow flowers. Fresh on the palate, with lovely minerality, white fruit, and citrus notes.

Eco-friendly, biodynamic farming of 25- to 50-year-old vines, allowing the terroir to retain its natural balance. Clay-limestone soils.
