All of Julian Huber's wines, both red and white, are fermented dry as result of spending an extending period on their lees.

Beautiful nose of yellow fruit and fresh meadow herbs. Precision and tension on the palate, with pear and mineral notes. An exceptional wine.

Julian Huber's main red variety is Pinot Noir, while his main white grapes are Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay followed by Pinot Gris and Auxerrois. His Chardonnay and Auxerrois vines are already over 40 years old. Apart from taking advantage of excellent soils and climatic conditions, Huber also achieves high quality through low yields.
