Manual harvest. Wild-yeast fermentation followed by maturation in used oak (18 months).

Amber colour, with dried apricot, quince, spice and a touch of smoke on the nose. Rounded and intense on the palate, with pleasant acidity and a long finish.

From a very old south-facing vineyard with sandstone soils in Fonzaleche.
