Special characteristic

Selective manual harvest at the end of August. Skin contact for a few days followed by gentle pressing. Vinification in stainless steel, including malolactic fermentation and maturation on the fine lees.

Straw-yellow with pale green reflections. Pronounced citrus aromas reminiscent of grapefruit and green apple. Clean and complex on the palate, with fresh and fruity notes and perfect harmony and balance. Mineral finish of medium length.

Sourced from Monte Bianco – a small vineyard parcel containing 1,200 60-year-old vines at altitudes of between 150 and 300 metres above sea level, where a combination of limestone, loam, and clay marl results in consistently high-quality crops.
