Short maceration (skin contact) followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 19 to 22ºC. Vinification in stainless steel, with at least 10 months on the lees and then at least another 12 months of bottle ageing.

Medium lemon. Very pronounced citrus accompanied by apple and floral notes on the nose. Warm flavours on the palate, with firm acidity, complex expression, salty notes, fresh minerality and a long finish.

Limestone and clay soils.
