Selectively picked grapes. Cold maceration ('cold soak') for 12 hours followed by gentle pressing and then fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine was left to rest for a short time before being bottled.

Pale straw-yellow. Pronounced nose of exotic fruits and melone. Soft and mild on the palate, with minerally notes, ripe papaya, mango and citrus. Fine fruit and savoury expression on the palate, with a long, elegant finish.

Sourced from elevated vineyard plots with stony soils that mostly consist of limestone marl. The grapes ripen relatively late in these cool-climate locations, retaining their natural fresh acidity as a result.
