Fermentation and maturation for 12 months in oak barrels, with a subsequent period spent on the fine lees in stainless steel for extra firmness.

Very Burgundian in character. Noble smoky notes, white and yellow fruit, lime zest, and grapefruit. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with white pepper, herbal notes and yeasty hints. The finish is minerally and saline, with beautiful length.

Grown on the estate's red-sandstone terroir, where south-facing slopes benefit from the moderating influence of the Main River Valley.
