Fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by maturation on the fine lees for 12 months.

Pale lemon colour. Fresh nose with citrus, stony minerality, apple, pear and apricot. Bone dry on the palate, with freshness and balanced acidity. Wonderful saline minerality on a persistent finish.

Les Pargues epitomises the marl and limestone terroir on which the dry, minerally white wines of Chablis are generally grown. The guyot-trained Chardonnay vines in this lieu-dit have an average age of 30 years.
