Fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by maturation on the fine lees for 12 months.

Pale lemon. Elegant and complex on the nose with notes of white peach. Delicate aromas and characteristic minerality lead to a clean and dry finish.

Les Pargues epitomises the marl and limestone terroir on which the dry, minerally white wines of Chablis are generally grown. The guyot-trained Chardonnay vines in this lieu-dit have an average age of 50 years.
