Manual harvest followed by vinification in oak as well as stainless steel, with little to no winemaking intervention. Then a long period of maturation on the gross lees. This pure, dry wine is neither fined nor filtered.

This Mosel Riesling is very fresh on the nose, showing green apple, white peach, lemon and slightly herbal notes. Dry (3g/l of residual sugar) and fresh on the palate, with vibrant acidity and wonderful balance. Fruit characters and wet stone minerality on the finish.

All the grapes for this bottling come from steep, organically farmed vineyards, with vines up to 60 years of age.
