Maturation on the lees and manual riddling before disgorgement are de rigueur at this estate. The focus is on small-batch production to allow the wines to mature on their lees for as long as possible and obtain a particularly elegant, creamy characteristic. This approach also ensures that the finished wines retain their freshness and youthful charm for as long as possible.

Fresh, fruity and slightly creamy attack on a very appealing, charming palate, with fine bubbles and a long finish.

Quality begins in the vineyard – and this Riesling Sekt is no exception. Cover crops in every second vine row are conducive to biodiversity, light defoliation aerates the bunches and increases their exposure to sunlight, while selective hand-picking optimises the quality of the fruit.
