Early harvest to retain acidity and freshness. Fermentation at low temperatures.

Pale red colour, with fine bubbles and an exquisite pink mousse. Floral and fruity nose of red fruit and flowers. Fresh on the palate, with great balance.

From vineyards rich in limestone and marl, situated in the hilly, tradition-steeped Prosecco winegrowing region that stretches from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene.
