Maceration (skin contact) followed by gentle pressing. Subsequent temperature-controlled fermentation with three months of bottle ageing before release.
Fresh on the nose, with cherry, strawberry, a touch of blackcurrant, Mediterranean herbs and spice. A crisp rosé with vibrant acidity and a medium finish dominated by red fruit characters.
Grown on loamy and sandy soils with iron content.
