Destemming and triage of the grapes. Transfer into fermentation vessels, with maceration (skin contact) lasting around 20 days. Careful maturation, including malolactic fermentation, with 50% in 350-litre barrels (second-use) and 50% in 'Vinification Intégrale®' barrels. Only minimally filtered before bottling.
Ripe, red berries and cherries on the nose. Very silky tannins and lovely balance on the palate. An elegant, delicate wine of great character, with beautiful length.
Clay and limestone soils. Sourced from the Clos de la Rougeotte premier cru.
