Destemming followed by light crushing, then fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Subsequent maturation for 22 months in oak barrels.

Deep purple. Red ripe fruit on the nose, with hints of spice and violet. Well structured and voluminous on the palate, with beautifully integrated oak notes. Velvety and rounded on the finish.

Sourced from very old vines situated at the higher elevations of the Alto Alentejo region.
