Long period of maceration (skin contact, including a proportion of stems), during which wild-yeast fermentation occurred (as is the case for every vintage). Maturation in second- and third-use oak barrels. No filtering or fining.

Delicate red cherry, raspberry hints and fine herbal notes on the nose – these aromas are no more than subtle nuances. Pure cherry with a slight piquancy as well as fine limestone minerality.

Weathered shell-limestone soils.
