Long period of maceration (skin contact, including a proportion of stems), during which wild-yeast fermentation occurred (as is the case for every vintage). Maturation in second- and third-use oak barrels. No filtering or fining.

Complex and powerful, with cherry, plum, blackcurrant and delicate roasted notes. Concentrated and complex, with a generous fruity texture and mineral finesse.

Weathered shell-limestone soils.
