Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel. After gentle pressing, the wine spent one year in bottle before being released for sale.

Intense ruby. Complex and multilayered berry nose accompanied by savoury secondary aromas. Fruity attack amply underscored by delicate tannins and a certain complexity and elegance.

The estate vineyards are situated in the region of Gallura in northern Sardinia. Geologically, the terrain here tends to consist of granite and sand – soils that are rich in potassium but contain significant amounts of phosphorus and nitrogen as well. This is the ideal terroir for growing Vermentino.
