Fermentation in cement, with punch-downs of the grape skins twice a day. Subsequent maturation, including malolactic fermentation, in oak vessels for six months.

Deep ruby with garnet reflections. Ripe red fruit and spicy notes of white pepper. Balanced and full on the palate, with a very long, lingering finish.

Loamy terrain with a southerly, easterly and westerly aspect.
