Late manual harvest. Cool fermentation for seven to eight days in stainless steel. Subsequent maturation in stainless steel for around eight months at a steady temperature and a high level of humidity, then bottling. No filtering.
Deep ruby. Nose of violet and black and red cherry. Lean and full of finesse on the palate, with red fruit and a slightly saline finish.
Sourced from vines aged over 50 years in a small vineyard within the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba.
