Gentle extraction at all times through the use of destemmed, uncrushed grapes. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in cement tanks. Maturation for around 14 months – also in cement. Transfer to used wooden vessels for a brief 'polish' before bottling.
Powerful garnet. Complex and fruity on the nose, with chocolate, cherry and spice. Juicy and fresh on the palate, with fine acidity, ripe tannins and a powerful, rich body of red berries. This characterful wine has a long finish.
The Tinedo estate favours sustainable viticulture, eschewing the use of herbicides and synthetic products. The farm is divided into 20 sectors, which are managed based on the soil and the grape variety.
