Der Naturwein aus Blauburgunder wird mit wilder Hefe vergoren, ist unfiltriert, ohne Zusätze und gänzlich schwefelfrei. Der Ausbau erfolgt während zehn Monaten in 500-Liter-Fässern.
Since 2002, Michael Broger has been growing wine from the 2.5 hectares of vines that he owns and leases above the hamlet of Boltshausen. To preserve his vineyard soils, he works these steep slopes by hand and via the use of manually operated caterpillar-track machinery. Broger is fully committed to the principles of biodynamic viticulture.
