Manual harvest of healthy grapes at peak ripeness. Traditional fermentation on the skins in oak and stainless steel vessels for a period of 14 weeks, followed by gentle pressing. Subsequent maturation in oak.
Deep ruby. Intense and concentrated on the nose, with aromas of red and black fruit, spices, and aromatic herbs. Wonderfully fresh, dense and spicy on the palate. Despite the concentration, the wine remains surprisingly elegant, with silky and ripe tannins.
Black Print is a blend of fruit from two types of soils: limestone and gravelly sand.
