Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 30°C for 28 days. Subsequent maturation for a minimum of 30 months in large oak and an additional 9 months in the bottle. No filtering.
This Barbaresco Riserva is complex on the nose, with dark berries, dried flowers, herbs, tobacco and stony minerality. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a powerful tannin structure and great assertiveness on a finish.
Clayey limestone with sandy veins.
