Monastrell grapes – partially hand-picked, partially machine-picked. Fermentation at a cool 22°C in stainless steel, where the wine remains for a few months.
Intense, fresh berry fruit dominates the nose, complemented by ripe dark fruit, herbal hints and fine spice notes. This Monastrell has a fresh palate, with soft tannins and lots of intense dark fruit.
The vines grow at altitudes of 200 to 400 metres and are between five and 15 years of age. The soils are mainly comprised of limestone with varying proportions of loam and clay.
