Special characteristic

Selective harvest followed by a 24-hour cold maceration ('cold soak'), then natural sedimentation to clarify the juice. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.

Medium lemon. Ripe white fruit on the nose. Firm and precise on the palate, with great finesse and approachability. Lovely salt-licked fruit on the finish. Prototypical Rebholz.

Red sandstone soils lend the wine its characteristic minerality.
