Careful selection of hand-picked grapes. Destemming followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation and further maturation in top-quality vessels made from Pfalz and French oak.

Fresh, mineral nose with floral hints and white fruit. Delicious on the palate – elegant and juicy with slightly chalky hints.

Grown near Schweigen on the Alsace side of the Franco-German border. The subsoil consists of weathered limestone under a topsoil of loam and clay. From vines aged over 30 years.
