Special characteristic

Hand-selected grapes. Cold maceration ('cold soak') for eight hours followed by gentle pressing, then fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.

Pale lemon appearance. Appealing Scheurebe nose of grapefruit, blackcurrant and exotic fruit. The fine, fresh, elegant fruit is complemented by a delicious, well-rounded vein of acidity. This wine offers lots of drinking pleasure.

Weingut Theo Minges grows vines on a range of different terroir – from loess loam and red sandstone, to various types of calcareous soil.
