Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation for eleven months on the fine lees to lend added complexity and creaminess. No filtering or fining.

Complex and stimulating, with fresh fruit expression and a firm mineral core. Harmonious and slightly saline on a long finish.

From 120-year-old ungrafted vines that grow on steep slopes consisting of the finest red and grey weathered Devonian slate soils.
