Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation for eleven months on the fine lees to lend added complexity and creaminess. No filtering or fining.

This world-class Riesling is a feast for the senses. Complex and stimulating, with fresh fruit expression, a firm mineral core, and a saline, sprightly, gliding mouthfeel. Beautiful balance.
