Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation for eleven months on the fine lees to lend added complexity and creaminess. No filtering or fining.

Pale gold. This majestic wine packs a real punch – breathtakingly complex and profound but effortlessly light-footed at the same time; imbued with a particularly long, silky structure and mouthfeel.

From 120-year-old ungrafted vines that grow on steep slopes consisting of the finest red and grey weathered Devonian slate soils.
