Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation for eleven months on the fine lees to lend added complexity and creaminess. No filtering or fining.

Pale gold colour, with a tightly woven, concentrated, persistent, silky character – this fiery, vibrant, noble Riesling oozes joie de vivre. A stimulating array of ripe fruit notes suddenly emerge, evolving from the wine's warm, supple core.

From 120-year-old ungrafted vines that grow on steep slopes consisting of the finest red and grey weathered Devonian slate soils.
