Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation with extended ageing on the fine lees to lend added complexity and creaminess. No filtering or fining.

Pale gold. Intense nose of fully ripe fruit, coupled with a sweet and salty mouthfeel. This wine has a pronounced mineral structure, with elegance, well-integrated acidity and a wonderfully long finish.

Steep slopes with a proportion of ungrafted vines growing on grey weathered Devonian slate soils that are rich in very coarse rhyolite and quartz porphyry.
