Special characteristic

Selective manual harvest at the beginning of October. Gentle pressing followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel. The wine was left to rest for a short time before bottled.

Medium lemon with bright reflections. Floral nose with minerally hints. Fresh, saline and minerally on the palate, with very succulent fruit notes. An elegant, characterful, seductive white wine.

Sourced from five- to 50-year-old vines that grow on volcanic soil at elevations of between 600 and 900 metres above sea level on the northern side of Mount Etna.
