A white wine made from red grapes that were very gentled pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C. No malolactic fermentation. Bottling after around eight months.

Bright straw-yellow colour, with fine, fresh and fruity aromas of lemon, grapefruit and lilac on the nose. Persistent on the palate with a minerally finish.

The fruit for Il Moro is sourced from Malcantone, where the terroir consists of sandy soils over a gneiss bedrock.
