Selective manual harvest into small 30-kg containers. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spends eight to 10 months in small oak vessels.

Gold in appearance, with fine floral and fruity aromas (apple and pineapple) on the nose, which continue as flavours on the palate.

Sourced from two different estate vineyards with soils mainly comprised of loam and limestone.
