Manual harvest, gentle pressing, then vinification in stainless steel and oak.

Purple in appearance, with a fresh and inviting nose of ripe red and black berries, herbal notes and hints of chocolate. Soft and smooth on the palate, with lovely balance and drinkability thanks to a refreshing finish.
