Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Full destemming and gentle pressing, with a small batch (5–10%) undergoing a short, cold maceration ('cold soak') to produce a very pale rosé colour. Subsequent fermentation, then maturation for eight months in concrete tanks before bottling.

Pale salmon colour. Fruity nose with raspberry, citrus, grapefruit and a hint of dried flowers. Fresh and fine entry on the palate, with notes of small red fruit.

Sourced from estate vineyards with a variety of different aspects as well as soils mainly comprised of loam and limestone.
